Locally owned and operated by Steve and Angie Noe who have been life-long Greeley residents. Red Roaster was developed from the ground up, from the unique logo to its atmosphere. What make us unique is we roast our own coffee beans on site; we are the only coffee house that roasts its own coffee in Greeley. Steve is the Roast Master for the Red Roaster.
As the owner, I want to offer people a great cup of coffee! To be different, we needed to roast are own beans. We can actually say we have the freshest beans in Greeley and the freshest coffee. Red Roaster also offers light breakfast items, lunch items, gelato and all different kinds of coffee drinks.

Why do we roast?
Most often quality is vastly over looked and is replaced with quantity. We here at the Red Roaster take time to hand craft each and every batch by roasting in small batches to ensure perfection in each bean. Here at the Red Roaster, we roast only the freshest, highest quality specialty grade Arabica beans, not mass produced, inferior Robusta beans. This ensure the coffee you drink has been roasted to perfection, and will be very pleasant in the cup. With the help of our Green Bean Brokers, we are always in search of relationship and special program coffees.
We pride ourselves in producing the freshest, high quality coffee around. Our logo has a story; coffee beans come from cherries. Cherries begin green, and then they turn…After they are picked, the pits turn brown…served in a red cup at our store.
